Caracoles (Au, Ag...)

Project CARACOLES

Geological-mining background: reveals the existence of a veins zone oriented N20-30E and that apparently have been exploited in the last century. The veins have visible length about 200 meters and appear to be Gold-bearing.

Tectolinear background: reveals very strong N20-30E lineaments crossing the Project. These orientations may be of tectonic origin, and may be associated with the known Zone mineralization.

Radiometric background: indicates a certain relationship between the known metallic mineralization and the residual radiometric values that have been observed in the sector; taking this into account, there could also be other deposits still unknown within the Project.

Infrastructure: easy access all year round; 27 km from the main highway Ruta 5; 3km to the closest public road

Cocinillas (Au, Zn...)

Project COCINILLAS

Geological-mining background: reveals the presence of old mining operations in the secondary enrichment zone with the vein orientation N 50-60 E and with a long run. Gold minerals were extracted, leaving abundant dumps on the northeastern slopes of Cerro Yaquil.
Las Cocinillas vein and other smaller ones are found in andesites of the Cerro Rucatalca Formation (Upper Cretaceous) that are in intrusive contact (to the south) with the intrusive acid that outcrops in Cerro El Tigre.
The intrusion has produced contact metamorphism phenomena in the andesites and hydrothermal alteration phenomena in some places of the Las Cocinillas veins.

The mineralization consists of structurally controlled veins oriented N50-60E mainly, even though there are other ones of smaller dimensions orientated N20-30E .

Regional trends: the area of the Project is affected by two regional trends in the Landsat alignments of the Yaquil Area, one very well manifested N20-30E and the other one less manifested N 50-60 E.

A strong tonal anomaly of small dimensions, observable in Landsat images, coincide with the location of the dumps of this Project and with the kaolinized areas of the intrusive contact-layered rocks.

Geochemical background: reveals a strong Copper-Lead-Zinc-Molybdenum-Uranium association with the known mineralization of the area, reflecting that these mineralized bodies may contain polymetallic minerals with Molybdenum and Uranium in depth.

Radiometric background:  indicates the existence of mild positive anomalies and residual values that could be associated with the known metallic mineralization in the area.

Infrastructure: easy access all year round; 16 km from the main highway Ruta 5; 3km to the closest public road

Cuarcera (Au, Zn...)

Project CUARCERA

Geological background: indicates the presence of a large regional fault heading N50-60E. This fault is mineralized and recognized with many small and medium mining works, in its extension to the southwest outside the Project.

Tectolinear background: indicates a predominance of Landsat alignments N20-30E and N50-60E in the Project area, which would reflect the structure of faults and fractures that can be expected in this sector.

Geochemical background: shows areas of positive and residual anomalies with Copper-Uranium and / or Lead-Zinc-Manganese-Cobalt-Molybdenum associations.

Radiometric background:  indicates that there are zones of positive anomalies and concentration of residual values in the outcrops located north of the regional fault that crosses the Project with a northeast-southwest orientation. This fault in other sectors outside the Prospect is metallic mineralized and related to areas of radiometric and residual anomalies.

Infrastructure: both from north and south easy access all year round; 16 km from the main highway Ruta 5; 3km to the closest public road.

Project Diego y Salas

Geochemical background: reveals positive and residual anomalies for Uranium, Molybdenum and Copper mainly; noting the presence of Uranium in all the samples and the absence of a known metallic mineralization associated with the samples in general. It shows the existence of some specific type of mineralization, same as observed in neighboring areas to the east of the Project with a relative predominance of Uranium.

Geological background:  indicates the possibility of finding a mineralized Roof-Pendant structure with veins of Copper-Uranium-Molybdenum. This potential is well reflected in the estimates made for the Projects undiscovered resources. It should be noted that to the south of the Project area there are some small Gold and Copper-Gold vein-type deposits that apparently do not justify by themselves detected geochemical anomalies .

Radiometric background: strong concentration of residual radiometric values, which could be related to an unknown metallic mineralization in the Project area.

Infrastructure: both from north and south easy access all year round; 16 km from the main highway Ruta 5; 2km of the mining mountain road to be constructed.

Sepultura (Au, Ag...)

Project Sepultura

Geological background: show a great diversity of lithological types associated with intense tectonic activity. These phenomena, together with the fact that there are Roof-Pendant and hydrothermal alteration zones, increase the potential to find mineral deposits in the Project area. The Project area is located within a strong tonal anomaly detected by Landsat Images, as well as within a belt of NE-SW alignments that intersect with N50W alignments and apparently originate from sector tectonic activity.

Geochemical background: shows good expectations for the existence of deposits of Copper, Lead, Zinc, Molybdenum and Uranium in general. The foregoing could suggest the existence of Gold and Silver, based on geological and geological-mining background of other similar places outside the Project area.

Radiometric background: large concentration of residual values contained in areas of positive anomalies, passing through the center of the Project area. These are located in a north-south oriented belt, which could be related to an unknown potential metallic mineralization.

Infrastructure: access to the Project area is in its southern part and allows it to be quickly connected to San Fernando town nearby. The topographically highest part has flat areas suitable for processing plant installation. 10 km from the main highway Ruta 5.

Loma Blanca (Au, Ag...)

Project Loma Blanca

Geological background: shows a deposit of Gold, Gold - Copper, and Copper, generally in the extreme southeast of the Prospect, close to a hydrothermal contact and alteration zone between volcano-clastic stratified rocks of the Cerro Rucatalca Formation and a granite intrusive body that outcrops south of the Project area.
It is to be expected that this contact zone will also have other mineral deposits than those are already known.

Also the origin of the geochemical anomalies detected in the Project area originate in a contact zone between stratified rocks and a small intrusive body (perhaps acid) not yet detected (dense vegetation) or that is found at shallow depth. The type of deposit in this case can be a stockwork or a copper porphyry. There is an evidence of three regional fault and fracture orientations, which are also found outside the Project area in Yaquil Sector. These trends are N20-30E, N50-60E, and N50W.

Geochemical background: shows a concentration of high values for the Copper- Molybdenum-Cobalt and Copper-Lead-Zinc-Manganese-Cobalt-Molybdenum mineralization, as well as a slight Molybdenum-Uranium association.
Taking into account that these areas are noted with the highest recorded values for these elements and there are already known mineral deposits in the area, the presence of other still unknown associations in this Project area cannot be rejected.

Radiometric background: reveals areas of strong positive radiometric anomalies and a large number of residual values that could be interpreted as associated with a potential metallic mineralization.

Infrastructure: access to the Project area is in its southern part and allows it to be quickly connected to San Vicente town nearby. The topographically highest part has flat areas suitable for processing plant installation. 16 km from the main highway Ruta 5; 3km to the closest public road.
